Defined KPI
For the performance balance to be released, the MedSpa must achieve:
• A minimum of 8 to 12 Signature Collection events booked per month, averaging 2 to 3 per week
• Each event must include at least 3 confirmed guests with deposits received and entered into the CRM calendar
This ensures Emerald Edition’s success aligns directly with measurable performance.

After the initial 90 day engagement:
• MedSpas meeting or exceeding KPI benchmarks qualify for continuation by invitation only
